✳ Flow Chart Theology

Privacy in the Public Preview

No public account is required. This preview does not include an analytics tracker, public comments, a cloud database, or a server-side upload form.

What stays in your browser

The app can store your saved argument map, optional church-profile notes, reading position, theme and language preferences using your browser's local storage. Downloaded public-domain Bible books may also be cached in browser IndexedDB for offline access. A service worker may cache the application code and public pages so previously saved material can be opened without a network connection. Full-text Bible search runs locally over those saved books; no search terms are sent to the Bible-text hosts by the search control. This information is not synchronized between devices or sent to Flow Chart Theology by the preview app.

Because browser storage can be cleared or lost when switching devices, export your map and church notes if you want a backup. Avoid entering confidential or sensitive personal information into a shared device.

Other services involved

The host delivering this site may process normal access logs and technical information, including IP addresses, for delivery and security according to its own policies. Opening Scripture chapter text can send requests to jsDelivr (pinned Bible-data release) and, if unavailable, GitHub raw content; clicking citations or source links opens the respective third-party website, which may have its own logging and privacy practices.

Uploads and document previews

The experimental My Church notebook accepts certain local file selections for preview; these files are not uploaded to a Flow Chart Theology server in this public-preview release. Text that you personally enter may be saved locally in your browser. We do not authenticate church materials or publish your notes.

Security and retention

Browser-local data is under your browser profile's control. Clearing that site's storage may erase it. The app has no feature for remotely recovering saved notes. If a future version adds accounts, uploads or AI processing, it will need a revised privacy notice and consent flow before those features are enabled.
